Angus Campbell joined the HIE Board in September 2018.

PERSONAL PROFILE

Angus Campbell is a local business man and employer in Lewis with his own business since 1996, employing 30 people.

He has 18 years’ experience as a councillor, many as Leader. Angus has strong knowledge of socio-economic issues across the Highlands and Islands and has years of experience of funding issues, including European funding and enabling community ownership.

EXTERNAL POSITIONS

Angus has a commitment to Gaelic language and culture. He is chair of the CalMac Community Board.
