Pathways to Start was a pilot enterprise support programme delivered across parts of Argyll & Bute and Moray to help individuals at an early stage of their entrepreneurial journey.
Designed to support people from underrepresented groups and those facing barriers to starting a business, the programme provided a combination of business workshops, one-to-one mentoring, and financial assistance.
This evaluation assesses the programme’s delivery and effectiveness, exploring participant experiences, outcomes achieved, and the lessons learned to inform future enterprise support provision.
