Sandwick Social and Economic Development

Developing community and visitor services in Sandwick

The Sandwick community in Shetland has delivered a variety of projects which allow locals and tourists alike to share in the culture and heritage of their area.

They've converted a former weaving shed to a cafe, their visitor centre is a hub for all, and it's a great place for crafts and knitwear.

Have a look at our short video to find out more.
