Personal profile

Melanie is currently the Head of Real Estate, EMEA at Alter Domus, working as part of a team dedicated to the Global Real Assets opportunity. 

A chartered surveyor with over 20 years’ international experience in banking, direct acquisitions and leading business teams through change, she recently spearheaded a sizeable business transformation project for growth and efficiency.

Melanie grew up in Moray where her father was based at RAF Lossiemouth and subsequently established a restaurant in Elgin. A lifelong advocate for the Highlands and Islands, she moved back to Moray in 2018.
