EDGE21 OPENS IN EARLY 2023 - support for applicants 

What is it?

Scottish EDGE is a funding competition aimed at identifying and supporting Scotland’s up-and-coming, innovative, high-growth potential entrepreneurial talent. It's supported by The Royal Bank of Scotland, The Hunter Foundation and Scottish Government. 

Winners of the Scottish EDGE have access to a host of benefits that include:

  • Grant funding up to £100,000
  • Signposting to alternate funding and funders where appropriate
  • Business training, mentoring and support from a mature entrepreneur accessed through the Entrepreneurial Scotland mentoring programme
  • Enrolment into the EDGE Alumni programme where winners will get access to events, peer to peer learning and training to enhance their skills
  • Packages of support from businesses such as Harper Macleod, Johnston Carmichael and James Hallam
  • The opportunity to learn from and connect with experts from world renowned organisations such as Microsoft are also provided.
