This exciting new pilot programme, delivered by HIE with support from Bòrd na Gàidhlig, is designed for individuals and organisations ready to take their Gaelic-focused activities to the next level.

About the programme

Cruthachadh Chothroman will support you in exploring new opportunities, refining your business strategy, and mapping out clear paths for growth. You’ll be guided by experienced facilitators and entrepreneurial leaders who understand the unique challenges and opportunities within the Gaelic business landscape.

The programme will be delivered in Gaelic where possible while ensuring inclusivity for all language abilities. Key focus areas include:

  • Business skills development – strengthen your ability to grow and sustain your organisation.
  • Gaelic as an economic asset – discover ways to integrate Gaelic into your business model.
  • Networking and mentoring – connect with like-minded entrepreneurs and industry leaders.
  • Cultural promotion – explore how Gaelic identity can add value to your business.

Who’s Eligible?

We’re looking for individuals and organisations who want to:

  • Start, scale or optimise their Gaelic-related business or activities.
  • Develop their business skills and strategies within the Gaelic-speaking community.
  • Explore how Gaelic can be used to enhance their organisation’s impact and sustainability.

You don’t need to be fluent in Gaelic - this programme is open to all levels of language ability.
