Evaluating support to HIE account managed businesses 2010-13

This evaluation of HIE’s support to account managed organisations was delivered to the HIE Board in October 2014 and highlights many positive aspects of the development agency’s current approach. It shows that HIE’s account managers are providing support to meet the need of businesses and social enterprises, and that this support is delivering economic impact across the region.

The consultants were also asked to make recommendations for enhancing HIE’s future delivery of business support – ensuring that we achieve maximum impact through focusing resource on organisations that have the potential for significant growth, rather than those where growth is more incremental and limited.
