Come along to our open day to view two new business units at Forres Enterprise Park

Businesses looking for modern, flexible workspace are being invited to take a closer look at two newly-completed industrial units at Enterprise Park Forres.

HIE has invested £1.2m in the development, creating two high-quality 150 sqm units designed to support a range of business uses - including light industrial, manufacturing and research and development.

An open day is being held on Wednesday 24 June in partnership with FG Burnett, HIE's property agents. It will give prospective tenants the chance to view the space and find out more about what Enterprise Park Forres has to offer.

The units have been designed as flexible, self-contained spaces that businesses can make their own. Each includes sectional roller doors, dedicated parking, EV charging points, cycle storage, solar panels, and electric heating/air-conditioning.

This development offers a new option for businesses seeking smaller industrial units locally, adding to the range of properties already available at Enterprise Park Forres.

David Reid HIE's area manager for Moray, said: "These units are a fantastic addition to the Park. It's great to see them completed and ready to welcome businesses. We've designed them to offer a high quality, flexible space for local businesses looking to grow. Whether it's a company looking for room to expand or a business seeking a new base, they offer a great environment in a location with a strong track record for innovation and partnership working."

The Manufacturing Innovation Centre Moray has also opened on the park, helping businesses develop new products and processes and supporting innovation and business efficiency.

Located on the outskirts of Forres with direct access to the A96, Enterprise Park Forres has developed over the past 25 years into one of the north of Scotland's leading business locations. It is home to companies working in sectors including manufacturing, marine, and data, with occupiers including Gael Force Marine, Phoenix Instinct and Moray Waste Busters..

These units are part of HIE's wider investment in business infrastructure across the Highlands and Islands. It aims to ensure businesses have access to the right type of space, while supporting jobs, skills and local supply chains.

Businesses interested in attending the open day can drop in between 10am and 3pm. See our events. Or you can contact our property agents FG Burnett for further information.
