Turn potential into performance. A new workshop from the innovation programme.

Turn Potential into Performance is a new workshop from the HIE innovation service, designed to help business leaders think and do differently. It’s a practical problem-solving session where you’ll work on your own idea, get support to refine it and leave knowing what to do next.

Your idea doesn’t need to be perfectly formed. Whether you’re exploring something new or improving an existing product or service, we’ll help you identify manageable steps to test its potential. It’s okay to start small.
