Pathfinder Accelerator is a six-month programme led by experienced coaches to help you accelerate your business through a mix of workshops, masterclasses, face-to-face and remote 1-2-1 support, along with peer and self-directed learning.

Pathfinder cohorts take place several times a year across the Highland Council area. We hold taster sessions before each cohort begins to allow interested businesses to come along and meet our expert coaches and speak to them about the programme.
This programme is a project delivered by the Northern Innovation Hub. This is part of the Inverness and Highland City-Region Deal - a joint initiative supported by £315m investment from the UK and Scottish governments, The Highland Council, HIE and University of the Highlands and Islands. This programme also receives financial support from the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) through the Innovation strategic intervention.
Pathfinder Accelerator is a business development and innovation programme for SMEs within the Highland Council area. Eligible applicants must be developing a new Life Sciences, Health, Technology or Engineering product, service, enterprise or internal process which will benefit the business and the local and national economy.
Closing date for applications is 29 March 2020 at 10pm.
