What it is?

The HIE business review service is available to our account-managed clients. Your appointed account manager will help you look at where your organisation currently is, where you want to go, and identify how to get there.

Your account manager will work with you to look at seven key aspects of business: 

  • Strategy
  • Leadership and skills
  • Market and customers
  • Sales and marketing
  • Innovation
  • Operations and productivity
  • Financial review and analysis

You’ll be able to focus on your whole business. It’s a great opportunity to identify where there are strengths you can build on, and where there are challenges to address.

We’ll then develop an action plan with you, focusing on your potential. It’ll highlight opportunities and more efficient ways of working. 

As part of the review you’ll be able to focus on:

  • Re-assessing what you want to achieve, and ways you can lead your organisation towards achieving these ambitions, and how to be clear about your strategy
  • How you currently carry out day to day activities, and identify if there are new ways of working that might make you more efficient, adaptable, and successful in the long-term
  • Your markets locally and globally – including assessing new opportunities, changes and challenges
  • Ways you can develop the people and the skills you need to achieve growth.
