Cta Man

Business Development Advisor - Graduate Post

The Care and Learning Alliance

Job description and application

Childcare support social enterprise seeking business graduate

Do you want to help the largest 3rd sector early learning and childcare organisation in Highland and Moray to adapt and develop its childcare services for the future? Apply today for this post with the Care and Learning Alliance, which is supported by HIE's Graduate Support Programme.

Alongside housing, the availability of good childcare can make the difference between a family staying and being able to work in a local area or moving elsewhere.

Inverness based CALA is currently developing a three year business strategy and the team is looking for new thinking to help it identify, research and support the development of business opportunities and innovate new activities and services.

The role will also look at an environmental audit of the organisation, looking for efficiencies and opportunities, to ensure it is playing its part in a net zero Highlands and Islands.

It's a full time, £24,000 post, initially for a one year fixed term, but with the possibility it may continue in budgets allow. Applications close on the 18th of October.

This is a really exciting opportunity to join CALA and be part of a growing and dynamic sector that is a key to supporting recovery and growth across Highland.
