HR Recruitment and Resourcing Manager
- Location: Inverness / hybrid working / other locations will be considered.
- Whilst the preferred base for the role is Inverness, and there will be a requirement to attend the office, we have a flexible approach to working and can consider hybrid working for applicants based at any HIE office locations.
- Starting salary: £29,822 per annum with potential salary progression to £34,003 per annum.

- Contract/hours: Permanent, full-time, 35 hours per week.
We have an exciting opportunity for an internal recruitment specialist to join our award-winning HR team. This is a full time, permanent role ideally based in Inverness, with the option of hybrid working.
The role
You will be responsible for ensuring HIE is able to access and attract the best talent, managing the attraction, recruitment, on-boarding and induction process and working collaboratively with HR colleagues to advise and support the business and deliver HR and recruitment solutions in an effective and timely way.
The person
This is a fast-paced role that would suit a genuine team player with a recruitment/HR background. You should have a passion for delivering results, be well-organised with a pro-active approach and possess the ability to influence, challenge and support our internal customers.
