Carroll Buxton

Carroll Buxton is our Interim Chief Executive, stepping up from her role as Regional Development Director. 

She has worked for HIE since 1992 primarily within the Operations Group most recently as a Regional Director and prior to that as Area Manager for Caithness and Sutherland.
