In order to encourage and facilitate collaboration between food and drink producers and hotels, restaurants and cafes in their area, Highlands and Islands Enterprise, in partnership with Highlands and Islands Food and Drink Forum is supporting a series of Dining Club events bringing producers and their customers together. The aim is to improve understanding between producers and local outlets, highlighting the profitable business opportunities available through local collaboration.
