The cottage is situated down a private road away from the main road, in a recently wooded area, giving a sense of complete seclusion. It enjoys stunning panoramic views of East Loch Tarbert, Scalpay, The Minch and The Isle of Skye. Although it can be seen from the ferry coming into Tarbert, it is well away from passing traffic.
