Our account management approach involves working intensively with a community or social enterprise over a sustained period of time (up to five years) to support and deliver outcomes for overall sustainable growth.
The community or social enterprise will be supported to develop a growth plan (similar to a business plan), spanning a three to five year period. Support, although not necessarily funding from HIE, will then be provided to implement the actions within this growth plan.
Alongside this, the community or social enterprise will be supported to become sustainable, taking on projects with a revenue stream, so that they can build capacity and continue to support community development after the account management relationship ends.
