World Class Welcome
When it comes to "delivering the difference", special touches such as giving a greeting in the language of an overseas visitor can elevate hospitality to a new level and win hearts and minds. Giving a World Class Welcome is the key to providing world class service to overseas visitors, especially those who speak little English. Delegates can choose to attend one, two or all three sessions in either French, German or Spanish. Content: Using the tape and language mat provided, participants are encouraged to take the first steps towards speaking anothe language. the approach is very much hands-on and empowering using scenarios typical to your workplace.
