The availability of space at any location changes constantly as new property is developed and let, or existing property is vacated or sold. Prospective tenants are advised to check that their requirement for space is available at any given location.
Property Leasing and Terms
Property is leased from Highlands & Islands Enterprise on FRI (Fully Repairing & Insuring) Commercial Terms at open market rents. Currently these vary between £2.75 - £4.00 p.s.f for industrial and £5.00 - £7.50 p.s.f. for office space, depending on location. Units vary in size from 500 sq.ft to 2,000 sq.ft., but are generally small.
