HIE Skye and Wester Ross HIE Starts programme offers a comprehensive support package for small business start-ups.
Consideration will be given to any viable project that can contribute to the local economy. Qualifying business may be started on a full time, part time or seasonal basis.
Applicants will receive business information, training and advice. Where necessary, financial support in the form of fortnightly allowances to aid cash flow plus capital grants for small capital equipment purchases, can also be offered. If appropriate, access is available to other HIE Network support programmes.
