HIE Skye and Wester Ross regards skills development as an integral part of business development.  We aim to enable individuals and businesses to reach their full potential by accessing quality learning suited to the needs of the individual and the local economy.

We do this through a range of programmes targeted at school leavers and other young people, the unemployed and people in employment.  We help businesses to identify what they need to do to develop and how they can train and develop their staff to achieve this.
