"The greatest strengths and weaknesses of a business are the people who work in them" HIE Skye and Wester Ross aims to enable access to training locally, as part of its overall commitment to training for business and lifelong learning for all. Some of the courses we run are perennially popular owing to the seasonal nature and changing workforce of Skye and Wester Ross's many tourism-linked businesses, while others are in response to feedback from management and staff on current business needs. These training courses cover a wide range of business needs and come under the following headings:
