Skills Development Scotland - Highlands and Islands

The responsibility for the national training programmes transferred from Scottish Enterprise and Highlands and Islands Enterprise to Skills Development Scotland on 1 April 2008. You may therefore still see content on this site which includes reference to HIE's skills-related activity prior to 1 April 2008.

National training programmes delivered by Skills Development Scotland can help you get into a job or improve your job skills. All involve work-based training or placements as well as support from training providers.
