HIE Orkney has purpose-built properties which from time to time become available to rent or purchase.  These are located at Hatston Industrial Estate in Kirkwall, Garson Industrial Estate in Stromness and at Pierowall in Westray. 

We have recently completed a survey to assess demand for further purpose-built units throughout Orkney and are awaiting a final report to help us decide how and where to build these.
