The Skillseekers programme is aimed at 16 and 17 year olds. It is a practical way to make the most of young people's potential, through structured training aimed at equipping them to do a job.
Skillseekers training is aimed at achieving vocational qualifications at Level 2. Most young people are employed and complete their qualification in 18 months to four years depending on the level of qualification they work towards.
