Modern Apprenticeships

A Modern Apprenticeship is based on a full time job and a real wage. The apprenticeship ensures high quality on-the-job training to recognised national standards.

Modern Apprenticeships are aimed at anyone over 16 wishing to complete a vocational qualification at level 3 or above and dependening on the type of training, some programmes can be completed in about a year while others can take around three years or more depending on the industry. Whichever training is taken, the MA can progress at their own pace.
