We support community ownership and management of assets such as land, woodland, buildings and other infrastructure. We recognise that community ownership of such assets often helps to enhance economic opportunities and to provide better integrated community services. Assets which incorporate social and cultural activities, such as arts centres and village halls, are particularly important to community life - and are therefore a priority.

We may be able to help you to enhance existing assets and we would be delighted to discuss any plans you may have for bringing other assets into community ownership. In particular, we would be happy to offer technical advice for any community-led purchases or management options - and can signpost you to other agencies which may also be able to provide funding and support.
