HIE's management statement

The management statement is drawn up by the Scottish Government in consultation with HIE and sets out the framework within which HIE will operate.

It explains the respective roles of the Scottish Ministers, the HIE chairman, the HIE board, the Scottish Government's Enterprise and Lifelong Department and the HIE chief executive - and outlines the Network's operational and financial frameworks.
