How to get the most from Learningworks Tools and Diagnostics section
Choose The Topic

This area of Learningworks gives you the chance to assess your skill level against a range of subjects. To choose the most appropriate subject click on the name of the topic in the blue bar just above the main window of the section home page.
Now select the tool that you think most closely relates to the skills you would like to assess. You will see a short description of the topic beside the link to the tool to help you choose.
Once you have started a tool or diagnostic, simply follow the on-screen instructions to complete the self-assessment.
Self Assessment Tools
When completing a self-assessment you should be honest and self-critical in your appraisal otherwise you will gain little value from these tools.
Outcomes
Once you have completed the self-assessment, there will be a range of options presented to you suggesting areas in which you may wish to improve. In most cases these options will be in the form of key words. For example: “Leadership” “Project Management”, etc. Use these keywords to search for courses in the Course Directory to find learning opportunities most closely related to your needs.
