We recognise the need for specialist facilities for companies involved in research and development. In recent years, Inverness has become a global leader in the Medicare sector, with companies such as Lifescan Scotland Ltd now employing more than 1200 staff.

Raigmore Hospital also offers leading medical research possibilities. This combination of Medicare research and manufacturing led to the development of a Business Incubation Centre – The Green House - on the outskirts of Inverness.

We will, at our discretion, also assist with advice and/or funds in the form of grant, loan, or equity for business property developments.
