Modern Apprenticeships

Modern Apprenticeships are aimed at those aged 16+ and capable of achieving a vocational qualification at Level 3 or above. They offer paid employment combined with the opportunity to train for jobs at craft, technician and management level.

An exciting way of gaining skills and qualifications, a modern apprenticeship will help start a career without full-time study, and are available now across a wide range of industries.

Modern Apprentices develop expertise and knowledge through on-the-job assessment as well as gaining vital skills such as teamwork and problem solving. Many Modern Apprentices also attend colleges or training centres to study the theory underlying their chosen occupation.

Funding from us provides employers with financial assistance to train employees towards these qualifications.
