Across all activities, the issue of improving customer relationship management is of growing importance.
On the back of work completed for the Inverness and Nairn Local Economic Forum and for the Product and Process Review (PPR) undertaken by Highlands and islands Enterprise, we will make a number of changes designed to improve our customer relationship handling.
The outcome of the review is still awaited but the introduction of account management for applicants and the creation of a single point of entry for enquiries are just two of the major changes that have been undertaken. |
