How we are measured

Inverness, Nairn, Badenoch and Strathspey Enterprise operates to a budget agreed with Highlands and Islands Enterprise (HIE). HIE also agrees performance targets for the company to achieve in strengthening communities, developing skills, making global connections and growing businesses.

The HIE network produces an annual report which records the progress we have made, describes difficulties the area has faced and provides short case studies of individual projects. This report also includes a summary of results recorded against the performance targets. The annual report is made widely available to the public.
