GO - graduate opportunities in work
GO - Graduate Opportunities in work is the new graduate placement programme. GO aims to encourage businesses in the HIE Inverness and East Highland area to recruit undergraduates and graduates.
This programme applies to:
- students who require an industrial placement as part of their course
- recent graduates who are looking for their first job
- employers looking to find a suitable placement
Assistance is at hand to help:
- students and graduates looking to find a suitable placement
- employers looking for a student / graduate
The GO programme is designed to provide financial support towards a student or graduate's wages. Employers may be eligible for financial assistance towards the costs of employing an undergraduate in their placement year, or a recent graduate in their first year of employment.
The GO programme also offers many other benefits to both students/graduates and employers
