Community Toolkit

To realise their ambitions, community groups require advice and information across a vast range of themes. Next to financial assistance this is the kind of support most communities are seeking.

A comprehensive online community resource has been built in response to the needs expressed by community groups.

In conjunction with partners - including the Councils of Voluntary Service, Highland Council, SCVO, and local advisers - we have created www.communitytoolkit.org.uk/

This website contains in excess of 150 pages organised into four main tools:

• Information - a series of handy advice sheets
• Funding – more than 100 grant sources and fundraising tips
• Connections – networking and sharing of experience
• Forward planning – a management issues questionnaire
