  • 20 hectares of industrial land under construction
  • Deepwater berthing
  • Wide land use planning classification
  • Attractive grant/loan packages available to tenants

Major improvement works are underway to transform a former oil fabrication yard near Stornoway into a new location for renewable energy supply chain businesses. The facility was established in 1975 by Fred Olsen, later occupied by Heerema and latterly Lewis Offshore Ltd.

Significant investment by HIE and WIE has seen the Arnish site develop into a modern industrial facility capable of housing several tenants at new serviced sites.  Work to extend the quay is nearing completion and improvements have been made to the infrastructure, roads and facilities.
