You are about to determine how your business is performing. There are 10 steps you will be taken through. These 10 steps reflect the 10 areas that Hospitality Assured companies feel are most important to developing their business and improving customer performance.

How the online questionaire works

The Hospitality Assured online questionnaire is one-way. You will be taken through each step in order, question by question. Please consider your answer before pressing ‘Next question’ as you will not be able to go back and revise your answer.

You will, however, be able to go back and review your overall results from each completed step and the tips and advice that accompany that Step. To do this click on the step number on the left hand navigation.

Understanding the terminology

If you look in the Hospitality Assured suitcase that you have been given/ sent you will find a 'Phrase book' (this is located in 'Your Insurance Documents') which should help explain what some of the terminology means.

Example question

At the start of each section of your journey there will be a short introduction. Once you have read this you are then ready to embark upon that step. Click here for an example question.
