Investors in People
Highly regarded, the Investors in People (IiP) award is viewed as a stamp of best practice in business. But the development of skills among staff of every level is the true advantage of attaining the IiP standard. Over the years, it has been shown repeatedly that companies improve their performance and profitability by participating in the IiP programme. Offering free help, advice and support from trained advisers every step of the way, gaining the IiP plaque may not prove to be as steep a learning curve as you think. Contact Pauline Dingwall for further advice. Your Local Enterprise Company will also be able to help. |
Investors in People Diagnostic ToolThis tool has been designed to support any organisation (irrespective of size or sector) in identifying possible development activities which would support its continuous improvement, utilising the principles of the Investors in People Standard and good practice methods. The tool can be used as little or as much as your organisation wants and needs. You can revisit previously-completed diagnostics or activities or can create new diagnostics as your organisation progresses. The tool is divided into two main sections: the business diagnostic and the organisation training needs analysis. You can choose to complete either section separately or together – the choice is yours, dependant on your needs. Usage of any sections of the tool is free of charge and there is no obligation, but further support and advice is accessible if you need it – at any point in your development journey. Access the tool at http://diagnostic.iipuk.co.uk/
