2.4. Minutes from the HIE board and management group

Minutes from board and management group meetings held in HIE. The information in this class may be subject to certain exemptions for reasons of confidentiality and commercial interests. Where this is the case, it will be clearly labelled in the information provided. For more information see our exemption policy, which can be found in class 2.5.

There may be occasions where there is a substantial volume of information within the minutes that is considered exempt. In these cases, HIE may produce a summary of the minutes and the document will be annotated as such.

Please note that the minutes will not be available through this scheme until they are formally approved as an accurate minute at the following meeting. For some meetings, this may take up to 3 months.
