"I enjoyed doing Hospitality Assured, looking forward to each visit from my Hospitality Assured Coach. At the moment, it would be too early for me to say if my business has increased as a result. However, it has helped Island Trails gain respect and I hope I have been successful in encouraging other Tour Operators to go forward and take on not only Hospitality Assured but other accreditation schemes as I believe quality is the key."
