Energy Jobs Taskforce

Scotland’s Energy Jobs Taskforce is a strong partnership of industry, public sector and trade union representatives which formed early 2015 to help tackle the immediate challenges facing the energy sector. Chaired by Scottish Enterprise Chief Executive Lena Wilson, the Taskforce meets monthly and reports to the Scottish Energy Advisory Board.

The Taskforce aims to:

  •     retain and grow the talent and skills in the industry
  •     identify and implement support to people who are facing redundancy
  •     enhance partnership and collaboration.
