GO! (Graduate Opportunities in Work) is a HIE Inverness and East Highland, and HIE Moray initiative. It is a great opportunity to grow the skills within your business. If you can see an opportunity to benefit from some specific graduate or student skills over a period from 3 to 12 months, perhaps to focus on a specific area of your business such as IT, marketing, accounting, or any other area, then please contact us.

The programme is designed to find the talent that will assist your business to grow and develop. We will help find the right graduate for you, and support them during their first year of employment. Financial assistance of up to £5,000 p.a. for the first year is available towards the wages of a graduate or student.
