Class 2.1	Annual reports and accounts
Brief description of contents	A summary of the performance of the Network over the past year. This class also includes financial information in the form of HIE’s annual accounts.

Class 2.3	Careers Scotland business and locality plans
Brief description of contents	Business plans and locality plans for Careers Scotland in the Highlands and Islands area.

Class 2.4	Minutes from the HIE board and management group
Brief description of contents	Minutes from board and management group meetings held in HIE. The information in this class may be subject to certain exemptions for reasons of confidentiality and commercial interests. Where this is the case, it will be clearly labelled in the information provided. For more information see our exemption policy, which can be found in class 2.5. There may be occasions where there is a substantial volume of information within the minutes that is considered exempt. In these cases, HIE may produce a summary of the minutes and the document will be annotated as such. Please note that the minutes will not be available through this scheme until they are formally approved as an accurate minute at the following meeting. For some meetings, this may take up to 3 months.

Class 2.6	Information relating to the HIE board
Brief description of contents	This class contains information about the HIE Board that can be placed in the public domain. Some of the information held in this class may be exempt as it may constitute personal information. For further details on our exemption policy, please see class 2.5.

Class 2.7	Records of declaration of interest
Brief description of contents	Records of declaration of interest that are submitted by HIE staff. This document is continually updated as information is received from staff.

Class 2.8	Approvals lists
Brief description of contents	The approvals lists detail those businesses that have been given financial assistance. The list is produced on a monthly basis by each of the LECs (see individual LEC web sites for more details, class 2.12) and HIE when appropriate.

Brief description of contents	The charter defines the customer service standards that HIE will strive to meet when dealing with customers.

Brief description of contents	Details of the job vacancies that currently exist throughout the HIE Network and information needed to apply for an existing vacancy. Information on recruitment policies can be found in class 2.5. Previous vacancy notices are not available through this scheme.
