Business usages
As a business, you can use any of the course materials for your own team's e-learning. If you produce e-learning materials, you may want to follow their example and put all your materials on a website or similar.
Evaluation
Important, but does not constitute the whole of e-learning. As they say: An MIT education happens by interacting with other students and with faculty, not by merely reading some web pages or downloading some materials, or even watching a video lecture.
Access software
Lecture notes at MIT are available for download. However they will require an Acrobat reader, available free from the Adobe web site.
