It inspires, supports and empowers remote and rural communities across Scotland to establish community broadband networks, delivering improved connectivity which will transform the way communities live, work and learn.
Our focus is those areas least likely to benefit from the Digital Scotland Superfast Broadband rollouts.
Our Start Up Fund helps communities with the costs involved in establishing local community broadband solutions.

The Digital Scotland rollout of superfast broadband has now passed more than 57,000 homes and businesses across the country, it was announced today.
The UK’s most challenging rural broadband project is taking another step forward today (Thursday 31 July) as engineers start work on the country's longest publicly funded subsea fibre connection linking the Outer Hebrides with the mainland.
