The Community Broadband Scotland (CBS) team consists of nineteen members: a CBS Director, Head of Team, Major Projects Managers, Operations Managers, Marketing Manager, Senior Advisers, eight CBS Advisers and Administration Coordinators. The eight CBS advisers are located throughout Scotland and each covers a geographical area. The advisers work with and assist communities who have expressed an interest in pursuing a community broadband project and will help guide each community through the various project stages.

Community Broadband Scotland is a partnership between the Scottish Government, Scottish Enterprise, Highlands and Islands Enterprise, COSLA, Scottish Local Authorities Economic Development Group, Carnegie UK Trust, Cairngorms National Park Authority and Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park Authority.
Highlands and Islands Enterprise is the lead delivery partner of this national programme which operates across Scotland. CBS aligns in with Digital Scotland Superfast Broadband in the Highlands and Islands and Rest of Scotland.
