Performance Edge

About the Performance Edge Programme

Great businesses and need great people.  Sound simple doesn't it?

The reality can be different.  Time pressures, financial targets, increased legislation and that scary thing called competitors can mean our performance and that of colleagues can suffer.

Following the huge success of last year’s leadership development programme, Performance Edge is a new learning opportunity for leaders exclusively from HIE Caithness and Sutherland.

Its purpose is to unlock the secrets of how to consistently get the best from yourself and your team to help accelerate business effectiveness.

Led and facilitated by Donald McNaughton, one of Scotland’s most innovative and sought-after leadership development specialists, this highly practical programme helps you discover both your own and your team’s leadership style and how to enhance performance time after time.

It provides new insights on leadership and a great toolkit of coaching ideas and processes to improve confidence in communication, create vision and improve performance.
