The Forss Innovation Centre (FIC) brings together a team of experienced business professionals and innovation specialists to help you develop your innovative ideas into sustainable, dynamic businesses, providing high quality jobs.
The Forss Innovation Centre (FIC) is situated on the Forss Business and Technology Park and provides a home for business start-ups and spin-outs, as well as companies attracted into the area that are being formed by inward investments. It provides high quality, flexible, serviced office and laboratory space that is available for rent in either short-term ‘license’ or long term ‘lease’.
Importantly FIC also provides a highly flexible pre-incubator that provides hot-desking for those requiring space and services on a drop-in basis, provided within a supportive business environment.
