Investors in People is a National Standard which sets the level of good practice for improving an organisation's performance through its people. The standard provides the framework for continuous improvement of both the organisation and its people.

HIE Caithness and Sutherland provides an advisory service to organisations wishing to achieve Investors in People recognition. This involves looking at the current position of the organisation, building on current good practice and preparation for assessment.

Leadership & Management Programme 2007 - 2008 A range of short courses, for businesses of all sizes, covering a range of skills from management to marketing.
