Financial managment for non-financial managers

One-day workshop

Course Aims:

This course is designed to help managers who do not normally deal with Financial Management to appreciate and understand the role of financial management within organisations.

  • Learning is by “doing” rather than listening.
  • Understanding business ratios will enable you to quickly assess how a business is faring, and make suggestions for improvement.
